I am so happy and proud to end my participatIon at ICEGOV in Montevideo with a competent team in the PhD Colloquium from ICEGOV discussing my research. It was very usefull for my PhD dissertation. All what I was able to accomplish I owe to my supervisors. I really want to thank Professor Dr. Gimenez from Universidade Federal do Paraná @UFPR and Professor Dr. Gil-Garcia from Center for Technology Center for Technology in Government at UAlbany in Government at State Universite of New York.
