The tenth conference on electronic government will be held in Delft, The Netherlands. This conference brings together the top of the scientific research community in e‐government from all over the world. The conference provides a highly interactive and professional forum for exchanging research concepts, progress and results.
As in the past, IFIP EGOV will feature refereed paper presentations, invited keynote presentations, high‐level discussion panels, workshops and a PhD Colloquium.

We are pleased to announce future tentative locations of the IFIP e-government conference, together with the ePart conference as follows: Kristiansand (hosted at Agder University, Norway, in 2012), Koblenz (Germany), a Greek Island, Dublin (Ireland), Egypt. The order of the latter locations is not yet settled.
