Dr. Sharon Dawes from the Center for Technology in Government at State University of New York, talked about open data myths and realities at CONIP 2015. She sad "An open government depends not only on open data, but also encouraging transparency and bring citizens closer."
For Sharon, the proper functioning of the open data involves design, implement and continuously improve the open data program that meets the interests of stakeholders.
