I am so glad, today I received the visit of Raul Zambrano here at Center for Technology in Government.
I met Raul in 2009 in Maputo (Mozambique) at The W3C Workshop on the "Africa Perspective on the Role of Mobile Technologies in Fostering Social Development".
I was a pleasure reunion also for Meghan Cook. I was happy also to introduce him to my Advisor Professor Ramón
Thank you Raul, I really appreciated to see you again.
